In 2010, St. Pat's organized its first trip to Guatemala designed specifically for college students. The trip is a two week, service-centered trip open to about 20 students. The first ten days of the trip are spent at Resurrection Priory. Students travel to one or two of the 70 villages that the Priory services and repair houses, churches and schools as the community needs. They also have the opportunity to distribute water filters as well attend Mass in aldeas that are so remote, they only get one Mass per year. The last few days of the trip are typically spent traveling to other parts of the country to experience Guatemalan culture.
